Curatorial approach

Materials, construction, and context

We study traditional textiles, carved wooden masks, and wayang shadow puppets through their making. Each object is documented for its surface, material, and construction, and presented with clear notes on what is known and what deserves further study.

Our practice connects this research with teaching, so the same care that shapes an article also shapes a workshop.
